Q-01What do I need before I start?
A Claude account on a plan that runs skills. The first run asks you to switch on one Claude capability — “Code execution and file creation” — a single toggle, once. Nothing else to install.
Q-02What does free include?
The whole product. One zip with all four skills — run-unbound, setup-unbound, connect-tools, collect-tasks — plus the templates and tool bindings they use. Nothing held back, and no tier above it on this file. The team install is a different shape: a done-for-you deployment, not a bigger Unbound.
Q-03What does Unbound read and write?
It reads your calls, calendar, and CRM context through the tools your Claude is already connected to — it brings no logins and opens no connections of its own. It writes Markdown plans and drafts inside Claude. Nothing lands on your systems uninvited; you approve anything that ships.
Q-04Where does my data live?
In your own Claude. Unbound is a zip of Markdown skills — no server, no account, no telemetry. The one thing this site ever collects is the work email you leave at the download gate. Delete the file and Unbound is gone.
Q-05Does it work on mobile?
The install happens in Claude on your computer — that’s where you upload the zip. After setup, the plans Unbound writes are ordinary Claude conversations, and those go wherever your Claude goes.
